Shipment & Delivery

Thank you for choosing Atelier Alain products. To ensure you have the best shopping experience, please read the following shipping terms carefully.

Shipping Areas

We currently offer shipping services to the United States. If you are located elsewhere, please feel free to contact us at contact@atelieralain.com. We will be happy to meet your needs and ship to most countries worldwide upon request.

Shipping Time

Our standard delivery time is 6-10 business days. On average, our customers receive their items within a week. Please note:

  • All delivery times are estimated, and actual delivery times may vary due to uncontrollable factors such as weather and traffic.
  • During busy periods, our deadlines may be extended.
  • We ensure that delivery times are always trackable throughout the order process.

Shipping Fees

  • All orders over $59 qualify for free shipping.
  • For orders under $59, a shipping fee of $5 to  $8 applies.

Order Tracking

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details.

  • Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. You can track your items on the carrier's official website after 24 hours.
  • Once they arrive in your country, your local postal services take over. This means you'll be able to track your parcel on your local postal services' website with the same tracking number. If the tracking shows that the parcel couldn't be delivered for any reason, please contact your local post office first, to have further details.
  • Since they are handling your parcel, they would be able to give you information that we don't have. If you have any trouble tracking your parcel, please email contact@atelieralain.com. We’d be happy to help you out! Please note that tracking is active during 60 days, so we won't be able to do anything to help you if you contact us after this period.

Delivery Issues

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately email contact@atelieralain.com within 3 business days after receiving shipping.

If your order has been damaged during transit, please get in touch with us promptly, by sending us a picture.

If possible, please record any issue concerning the delivery (damaged/soaked package, torn/bent products...) to the carrier when you receive your order.

Change My Shipping Address

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email contact@atelieralain.com as soon as you can.

Missing Items

We apologize if an order gets stuck at customs, is sent back, or even lost during the delivery process! Please contact our support team at contact@atelieralain.com to inquire if you would like either a refund or a replacement for your order.

About Tax

There will be no more charges once you have placed your order successfully. In some cases, there may be VAT or other taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by your destination country. However, based on our experience, such a situation is very rare.

If you still have some concerns about the tax, you can learn some information about your local customs policy. We are more than willing to help if there is anything we can do.

Delivery Time Exceeded

Delivery time may experience delays due to unexpected situations, like customs inspection, severe weather, strikes, etc. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at contact@atelieralain.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will check the situation with the transportation company on time. Thanks for your understanding and support.
