At Atelier Alain, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our leather goods. We are committed to providing you with products that are not only stylish but also durable.

Warranty Period：

• Leather components: 3 years from the purchase date, or the longer period shown on the product page , whichever is stated for that product.
• Textile/nylon components (linings, webbing, elastic): 3 months from the purchase date.

Note: While our bags feature genuine leather exteriors, we may use soft fabric or nylon linings to better protect phone screens and IDs. These textile/nylon parts are covered for 3 months.

What Our Warranty Covers:

• Defects in the leather material
• Faulty craftsmanship, including stitching and hardware issues
• Manufacturing defects that impair the function or aesthetics of the product

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, and natural aging of leather
• Accidental damage such as tears, burns, or stains
• Damage caused by sharp objects (e.g., keys, metal edges, rough phone cases), including scratches, cuts, or abrasions.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

1. Email our customer service at contact@atelieralain.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
2. Attach clear photos of the product and the problem area.
3. Our team will review your claim and provide further instructions within 3 business days.
